MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS

Prism Studio products are made to order. This means your item is produced specifically for you after your order is placed.

By placing an order, you understand that production begins after purchase and that the product is not held as ready-made inventory.

Because our products are made to order, returns and exchanges are limited. We do not accept returns or exchanges for wrong size selected by the customer, buyer’s remorse, change of mind, or incorrect customer information.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, we will help resolve the issue according to our Return and Refund Policy.

ORDERS AND PAYMENT

When you place an order, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion. This may include orders that appear to be fraudulent, suspicious, incorrectly priced, or unavailable.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on production time, carrier delays, customs processing, weather, and the customer’s location.

Prism Studio is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, incorrect shipping information, failed delivery attempts, or events outside of our control.

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

Once an order has shipped, delivery is handled by the carrier or courier service.

ECUADOR ORDERS

For Ecuador orders, Prism Studio may route the order through a trusted U.S. courier partner before final delivery to Ecuador.

By placing an Ecuador order, the customer agrees to this shipping process.

Customers must enter their Ecuador delivery address correctly at checkout. Delivery times may vary because of courier processing, customs, and local delivery handling.

Prism Studio is not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier processing, incorrect customer information, or local delivery issues outside of our control.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns and refunds are handled according to our Return and Refund Policy.

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for size changes, wrong size selected by the customer, buyer’s remorse, or change of mind.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us at prismstudio787@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number, clear photos of the item, clear photos of the packaging if relevant, and a short explanation of the issue.

Do not send any item back before contacting us first. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.
