Is this a legit store?
Yes, Prism Studio is a new, independent brand, and we're upfront about that. We are here to stay. Every piece is made to order, which is why it takes a few days before shipping. If you have any doubts before ordering, reach out through our contact page and we'll answer directly.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.
What does "made to order" mean?
Each piece is printed and produced only after you place your order, nothing is pre-made or sitting in a warehouse. That's why production takes a few days before your item ships, and it's also why we don't hold stock or run out of sizes.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times depend on your location and selected delivery method. If the order is inside the United States is between 5-10 days, Internationally 10-20 days.
Can I return my order?
Since each piece is made to order, returns are only accepted if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Are the shirts true to size?
Our pieces are designed with a streetwear-inspired fit. Check the size guide before ordering, and size up for a more oversized look.
How does shipping to Ecuador work?
When you select Ecuador at checkout, Prism Studio takes care of the shipping process for you. Your order is first sent to our trusted U.S. courier partner, then forwarded to Ecuador and delivered to your final location. Due to that, delivery may take a little longer. Enter your Ecuador delivery address normally at checkout. We'll handle the courier route.
